the Elemental Wood, sometimes called 'The Green' or 'Elemental Life' is the raw power of nature made manifest into humanoid beings. This power can come from dryad-like plantfolk that have been born from a specific purpose, or from an experiment gone awry. The same magic that had made Verdalings likely has made people, too. Whatever the reason, you exist as one of them. The plantfolk, the people of the forest, the creatures and beings of Elemental Wood's Legacy.   As a sidenote, Golarion Leshy are such Elemental Wood-like folk by default, and will share many of the same ancestry talents.
 
You Might...
  • Have wood themed physical traits or tattoos, such as roots or bark-like structures all over your skin, the occasional branch here and there, or have the appearance of a plant-person.
  • Are known to swim or be at home underwater, or even be able to become water itself.
  • Have been known to disappear to places others cannot follow, or have used your affinity for water for your advantage.
Others Probably...
  • Assume you are remarkably patient, to the point of absurdity.
  • Think you may smell, or should smell, of flowers or other pleasantries of the forest.
  • Think you are weak to fire, but deal more damage to water. Which, uhhhhh...
 

Base Talent(s)

You gain the following talents.  
Plant Manipulation

You can bend plantlife to do what you want, use still or cold water to lash at your enemies.

You learn the Druidcraft and the Elemental Chain zeroth rank spells, with Elemental Chain always having the option of taking a thorny look (dealing Poison ⚙️ damage). The Attribute score they scale for attacks and otherwise is one of your choosing (each time they are used).

As this talent is tied to a heritage, it cannot be regained or swapped, unless under specific circumstances.
Anathema: Wooden Vulnerabilities

Your attunement to the element of wood unfortunately makes fire that much more intolerable, though are are resistant to lightning.

You gain Vulnerability to Fire damage, doubly the damage you take from everything with that damage type. If you gain Resistance tio Fire, it does not negate this trait.

To make up for this, you have Resistance to Lightning damage.

Vibrant Adaption

You have physical traits that allow you to adapt to the outdoors, and survive many things much easier.

You can ignore all forms of difficult terrain, regardless of what they are. Additionally, you gain +2 health your Ancestry HP, and +1 health per level.

As this talent is tied to a heritage, it cannot be regained or swapped, unless under specific circumstances.
