You’ve researched many tomes enough to recognize notions about many different subjects (Faiths, fields of study, etc) are either connected or are unlikely to be true. You may use any Knowledge skill to decode Cipher⚙️ abilities, no matter what tradition or spell list the ability is from. If you were to use the Recall Action using any Knowledge skill, your degree of success increases by 1 step (Critical Failures just become failures, Failures become Successes, Successes become Critical Successes). If you rolled a natural critical success, you gain a Token of Inspiration as well.
