Description

You hurl a charged orb of pure fire at a creature or object within range.

When using this ability, you make a ranged spell attack roll against the target for each Action / ◈ spent on this ability.

Effects

On hit, the target takes 1d6 ↗⤴ Fire and Burning damage. (Example: on a 10, the creature takes 6 Fire damage and gains 6 Burning).

On a Critical Hit, the Burning damage this spell applies is doubled, in addition to the original critical modifier(s).

A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn’t being worn or carried.

Augmentation + other notes

↗/Augmented by Level: This spell’s damage increases by 1d8 at certain Character levels. When you reach Character Level 5, it deals 2d6 , 3d6 at level 11, and 4d8 at level 17.

⤴/Augment Up: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 1st level or higher, the spell’s damage increases by 2d6 for each slot level used.
