Description

You magically necrotize the life fluid within a creature, causing serious harm from within.

 
Effects

Targeting a creature you can see within range, you corrupt its blood. If a creature does not have blood, you create corrosive acid instead.

Said creature must pass a Fortitude Save, or take 3d6 poison or acid damage, and become Poisoned for the duration of the spell (or until they pass their save).

For the duration of the spell, they can repeat the save at the end of their turn. On Failure, they are re-poisoned (if it was removed), and take 1d6 of the relevant damage.

Failure: Creature(s) takes the listed damage and become poisoned.
Critical Failure: Same as Failure.

Success: Nothing happens.
Critical Success: nothing happens.
 

Augmentation + other notes

⤴/Augment Up: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional target for each slot level above the 1st. The targets must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
