Ability Description

You summon a column of acid rain to do what acid rain does best: melt the life out of anything and everything.

In a radius of 40 ft from a point you choose within range, you form a cylinder from the ground to as high up as 60 ft.

While concentrating, the area becomes doused in a hail of corrosive water. A creature that starts its turn or moves into the rain must make a Reflex Save. On a Failed Save, the creature takes 4d6 ⤴ Acid damage, and half damage on a Success. Creatures that Critically Fail suffer 4d6 Burning damage, and have Disadvantage on their next save against this spell.

Allies inside the cylinder have Advantage on the save, and can never critically fail.

Augmentation + other notes

⤴/Augment Up:

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, creatures take an additional by 2d6 Acid and Burning Damage where relevant for each slot level above 4th.
