Wraith

A shadowy mist coalesce with a terrifying moan. The form it takes is covered in tattered cloth, either ornate or not, that barely hides what lies beneath. What you can see, though is a form that withered and husk-like, with a somewhat featureless face showing two glaring lights of undeath.
Don't really have any way to make Wraiths sound funny. They're not even loud, like Banshees, which is probably the ghost-thing you're thinking off when you hear 'Wraith'. I see you.

    Features

    Incoporeal : ~4.0
The Wraith can move through creatures and non-magical walls orobjects, doing so as difficult terrain. Additionally, if this creature is attacked with a weapon or source that does not have the Magical, roll a 1d4 . On a 1, the attack passes through the Wraith harmlessly, negating all damage.
      Weakness to Light : ~0.0
If the Wraith starts it's turn within range of an effect or aura with the Brightness trait or is linked to Daylight in any way; or was damaged by Radiant damage, gains the Off-Guard and has disadvantage on all it's attacks until the start of it's next turn.

    Actions

    Attacks | ◈ per, up to 3 a turn
The Wraith will attack any enemy it can, prioritizing the conscious and the living. It's attacks, uniquely, siphon the life from others, applying the effects of Drain and Wither at once.
Draining Touch | ◈ | Melee Weapon Attack | +6 to hit | Hit: ( 1d4-1 ) Drain damage (min. 1, 1 drain = 10% base maximum health). Target loses max health equal to the amount drained. This is considered Wither damage (recovers on rests). Has no effect on creatures with the Undead trait, instead dealing 1d4 Force damage.

    -Tactics-

The Wraith is an undead that can be a deadly foe on their own. Their attacks drain the life force of the living, while also leaving them unable to gain those hit points back. They will usually fight alongside other undead rather than work in packs, and most Wraiths will have their own motives.   They can be reasoned with if they are not angered, but will otherwise fight any and all enemies to the to death if they feel threatened.
