Stoneworm

Bursting from the ground, a strange creature of shingle-like scales rounds on you. Four wiley tentacles lash about, twisting in odd angles as dirt and earth fly from it. It gnashes it's beak as it charges at you before you can react..
  Sometimes called a Grick. No idea why it's called a Grick. Gonna call a Grick something else.

    The Stoneworm will lash out at anything that looks at it funny, which is hard since it's pretty funny looking. It will target the nearest enemy creature.

    The Stoneworm is a strange creature born of stone and earth and becoming solid flesh. Their origins are unknown, but they are as many as any other creature from the subterra. It uses it's dangerous tentacles to lash or constrict enemies, while drawing prey into it's tooth filled beak. It boasts some intillgence for tactics, but it will fight any prey to the death regardless of it's safety.
