Ghostlight Skull

The floating skull-like phantasm floats and cackles with ominous intent. Fire lifts and surrounds it, and it's eyes glow with an dangerous arcane presence.
A flaming skull, powered by undead and being absolutely Metal (note: not actually Metal). Not always a human head, also. Go nuts with anything that fits your fancy.

    -Tactics-

Ghostlights are spirits of illumination and theatrics. They can be a force for good and benevolence, being made of lingering emotions from days gone and stories told. They can also be malevolent in nature, representing the madness of a driven artist or the restlessness of the unfufilled. Whatever the reason, they will target whatever and whomever they see fit, and will fight to the death if they are annoyed enough.   Reasoning with the Skull requires presenting a work of art to parley the spirit within, either causing it to rest or ignore the adventurers. Doing so depends on the GM and a DC set, but an example would be thus:
A Profession or Perform - X vs the a DC of the creature's TL + 20, done to produce a work of art on the spot, or bring up a subject in the arts via Knowledges or Lore. This check is made at disadvantage if the person trying to parley or someone in their retinue starts Combat. If successful, the skuil moves on on or even finally rests in peace (Critical Success).

    What Others may know...

DC = 15 + TL, using an appropriate skill check.
