Without this organization the safety of the Haven would crumble...
Kellen Aster Crow is a native Breckian
. They were born to two Wardens
and followed in their parent's footsteps. Though, without their parent's knowledge they decided to walk further and joined The Crimson Claw
. A secret organization with a gruesome task.
And without the Haven, the rest of the world would be infested...
Kell grew up in a large house with busy but loving parents, their 4 grandparents. 1 older brother, and 2 younger sisters. They were always interested in their parent's jobs and wanted to be a Warden as a tiny child.
As soon as they got old enough they applied for Breck's academy of Magic
and got accepted. They graduated from the school with honors and joined the section of the Wardens in their hometown straight out of the school.
At 24 year old one of their co-workers killed half of the Wardens at their station. Their co-worker had been possessed by a demon who had possessed several other people before the co-worker. The demon was strong but luckily Kell was stronger and managed to put down the demon. The co-worker died. After this, they were approached by the Crimson Claw with an offer to join. Kell accepted this offer in honor of their co-worker, who Kell had been secretly in love with.
though, what we do...
Kell has worked as an agent in the Crimson Claw for several years and is pretty high on the totem pole. The organization have gotten in the habit of expecting excellent work from them. Kell, though, sometimes doubts their choice of joining this organization. This line of thinking is a great source of stress and anxiety for Kell. If they left this line of work now it would mean that their co-worker died in vain. If they are in the organization they can protect people from the evil of the demons.
Kell is currently at Breckskeep
examining several reports of possible demon possessions.
...yeah, sometimes I wonder...if maybe there was a better way to deal with the demons.
Magical talentsThe Astral Planes appear to favor Kell. As exchanging Aether for essence cost less for them than it appears to do for others. This and their deep ambition to protect others is the only talents that they believe they have.
I shouldn't stumble.
I need to stay firm.
