White Eye
The White Eye is a secret interplanetary group that was founded in Einya and is currently led by someone referred to as "The Archmage". However, as multiple people hold the title of Archmage in Einya, it's hard to know who is the actual leader of the organization. The location of their headquarters is unknown, but their agents seem to be able to reach any part of any world with short notice.
Their goals are unclear, but seem they seem to operate as a mixture of intellectual and research fraternity, private intelligence agency, and information network for hire. In Einya, they have legendary reputation for selflessly helping random people without expecting anything in return, while in Frasfu they publicly operate as mercenaries and detectives for hire.
Their level of secrecy depends on the place. In Einya, they're part of old legends and folklore, while in Frasfu their name is known and can even be hired by private wealthy citizens. Meanwhile, in other worlds like Earth and Kra, no one is aware of their existence beyond a select few.
