This is a repository for found books and written tomes.
The Preservers of Elvin Wisdom insists all documents be archived and housed for all since the hoarding of knowledge is one of the worst crimes the elves see. 
The Preservation of Elvin Wisdom have a monopoly over the library and guard it's repository fiercely, Any book or tome not registered will be confiscated.
