Within the world beyond the mortal realm, each Guardian-to-be takes an oath and then chants the spell that will give them their powers in the Becoming a Guardian Ritual. Thsi ritual turns then into full-fledged Guardians with all rights, duties, and responsiblities thereof. Each Guardian is given their own powers (with all of them sharing some powers) and their own title or titles.
This, so far, has only happened once to each Guardian signifying its' importance and the weight it carries in the journeys of a new Guardian.
Both the oath and spell are like a door, allowing each person to step into their destiny and awaken their true potential and an additional identity, The act of transforming is celebrated by the Guardians as a new protector rises to join their ranks and the governing body of Anicent Power.

Invocation: To call The Spirit of Ancient Power.
Ritual Space: A sacred space, typically an imbued with Ancient Power like a Mystical Monument or the Mystical Pole Circle Room. For Nicholas, it was within Heathdorei Allanar Shflenor and Baxter did it in the Pole Room.
Guidance from Elders: Experienced Guardians who oversee the ceremony and ensure the spell's success.
Love and Hope: Each Guardian must have Love and Hope in their heart, in their soul.
During the casting of the spell, everyone experiences it differently.
Although some similarities occur.
The first one is the surge of energy around them. This is what changes each one’s blood to be more than Human and it is what
signifies the awakening of their mystical powers.
The second is a feeling. This feeling is often described as completeness although not everyone experiences it at the moment of transition, of transformation.
While there is probably more, these two stand as the most-often and first thought-of similarities.
Now that the ceremony is complete, the new Guardian emerges as a new member of the group and the governing body and with a newfound purpose.
Being a Guardian is who they are! And because their core selves remain unchanged overall, this new transformation and transition only adds tn this and thus is celebrated with the greatest of joys and the most revered for a new protector and guiding light to Humankind.
