Statment of Facts and Intention
We, the members of the Collective Congress of Ancient Power,
hereby do declare this document legally and offcially part of the documentation before magic leaves Earth for good.
We too also declare and acknowledge that magic has been declining for years and has more recently began declining rapidly increasing in danger for mystical sites and species.
We agree that Humankind is the danger existing for belief in magic. And though we were once friends, that is no longer possible in the present and the world today.
And so it is with great Hope and great sadness that we write what shall happen when time dictates magic shall be something of the past and in the annals of history and stories.

Species’ Leadership
We, the leaders of magical species, bear no ill will to Humans or their advancements. For today is not a day of sadness of what is lost but joy that comes from being in the annals of history and the hope that they remember someday what is important. Today we celebrate our lives for we live. We live to continue elsewhere and to begin life somewhere anew. We wish to leave a parting gift. A gift most befitting of friendship and openness to peace, harmony, unity, and hope. And we wish them the best asour second gift. If ever they shall be regretful or just open to a reunion, we would love to share this realm again. We also have great pleasure in leaving this place in the hands of each Guardian who shall continue to guide Men and their path.Guardians of Childhood
Hope, the greatest of all good things. It is what makes this document both sweet and bitter. Our friends will go while we stay. We hope that someday we will be together again. We hope that someday Mankind will change. We hope that we will find our strength and maybe find a way to return magic back into Earth. Maybe we will have help. Maybe someone can lead us to a time of peace, harmony and unity. But it is what’s in our hearts that count. For if we do find a way, it is with all our soul that we believe.Article I
Section 1. MYSTICAL SPECIES DEPARTURE
1.1 Departure Requirement. Upon the occurrence of the appointed hour as evidenced by the ringing of the bell (“Designated Hour”), all species hereafter defined as “Mystical Species” shall depart from the present realm known as Earth/Gaea for the express purpose of their continued safety and wellbeing.Article II
