Vampire Transformation

It’s well known that vampires of a certain age can shift into mist or even transform into bats in order to escape certain death. However, not all elder vampires are capable of the transformation. Often times a vampire needs to have had any sort of magical training prior to their transformation in order to successfully shift without any assistance.
Rumor has been said that an elder vampire in the Jungle of Blood has been killing young and or feral vampires who seek training within the jungles boundaries.
