Session 08 Report
General Summary
Gasper points out they can go to the guards on the way to the theater. Chris looses control of his breath weapon, causing an explosion.
On the way to the theater they stop by a guard station to share what they found. As they leave the prescint a Valie, drunk lizardman, with Edison hair and one eye, is being arrested as he rambles about a minotaur taking a fish.
Belladonna doesn't believe Minotaurs are real, and discusses a story she heard about them with the group as they walk to the theater. The stories of Minotaur's were found carved in stone tablets of the Icraiba Empire.
Chris gets knocked out by Marcus and Kimmy turns into a bear and sits on the unconscious Chris. After Bob gains them entry to the guild, at the Theater's back entrance, the group goes in and Kimmy, still in bear form drags Chris inside.
Bob provides an update:Well, fun thing, after tracking down finieas to a doctor I may or may not have threatened, we went to another doctor, confirmed some things after getting a guard involved, we then went to the back of the shop after the bear had turned into a snake and reported a body, I sent my familiar in to see said body via oh so fun familiar link, and uh... the body sat up, its head turned 360+, looked my familiar straight in the eye, and a weird smoke of death started coming straight to Magini, it caused me to puke when my familiar opened her mouth to quickly smell, and then, a 1 with skulls in it appeared in my eye, and my familiar popped back to the pocket dimension, and I'm gonna have to make it up to her and give her a pigrat.
Bob tries to convince the others to head out and start heading towards the forest, which they don't do. A conversation is had regarding Minotaurs and the Gods. They head down to Lyra's office where Bob gives her an update. Lyra informs the group that Soren is the most honest man in her employ, and Vaile is an observant lizardborn. Tevin is the Minotaur that lives in the forest and is a mushroom farmer.
Lyra suggests that they get with Kevin about taking up some bounties in the Kaidu wilderness, check in with Athena Strand, and possibily even check in with the guards about exploring the sewars.
