Farmer Emrys

"Oh!" The farmer's exclamation was followed by no words, no answers for your curious mind. Instead, they simply turned around to resume their initial course, the swing of their head gesturing to follow along.   A time-sensitive delivery?
Emrys is an Anseni living in Brightfield, and one of the region's greatest pumpkin farmers. Despite the acclaim, Emrys is best known for their hard-working nature, always tending fields or on the road making deliveries to neighboring families.   A creature of few words, if any at all, Emrys has always found ways to communicate and connect with locals, friends, and family — and sometimes strangers — in nonverbal ways.

The Path to Adventure

Farmer Emrys is one of the characters that Ebi meets on her Path to Adventure... one of the very first, in fact! A humble Brightfield Farmer, Emrys presents Ebi with her first real quest on her journey to Iverra.
1 | Ducky Delivery
Racing by Ebi on the road to Iverra, seemingly without even noticing her, they suffer a light startle when Ebi snaps out of her daydream and makes her presence known. She helps Farmer Emrys pick up their fallen pumpkins and is promptly recruited for a delivery quest, with hardly an opportunity to decline! Together, they brought the sweet gourds all the way to Nana Liliwen's Cottage, where our dear Strygi got to experience her first taste of Anseni hospitality.
2 | Sunny-day Sleepies
Farmer Emrys does not appear again in chapter two.
An anthropomorphized duck character holding armfuls of pumpkins and wearing a cute farmer hat.
