Ebi is a young Strygi, off on her very first adventure! Hailing from Nahuara, Ebi is a bright-eyed little creature, endlessly excited about the prospect of beginning her life as an adventurer, and tackling every obstacle standing in her way.

Wide-Eyed Wonder

Her most iconic features are her wide, yellow eyes, and her stellar white eyebrow plumes. Her mottled brown feathers are patterned with subtle greys and oranges, and they puff out just a small amount — more, when she's flustered or knocked off balance — and the tips of her wing feathers are just as white as her brows.

Overpacking Icon

In taking up her quest to follow her dream of becoming an adventurer (a real one!), she knew she had to prepare herself well for the journeys to come, and she certainly did. The result was a travel pack so unwieldy that it could have very well contained one or three of her. Somehow her tiny little strygi frame managed to carry it all through her travels from home to Iverra.

The Path to Adventure

The Path to Adventure story follows Ebi on her very first adventures after leaving home, when the side quests begin, and the journey truly kicks off — but who knows where she will go, as she encounters more of the world and steps into the role of an Adventurer of Ayun Sovos!

1 | Ducky Delivery
We are introduced to Ebi as an aspiring adventurer and avid daydreamer, and follow her on her first ever side quest! In a chance encounter with one Farmer Emrys, Ebi is recruited for a delivery quest, bringing wingfuls of pumpkins over to Nana Liliwen's Cottage, where cooking is in full swing, and the kitchen is the place to be! For a job well done, she is rewarded with a delicious meal and some pie to take with her. An absolute treat! The anseni's kindness and cheer left Ebi feeling incredibly fulfilled, and more eager still for the path ahead!

2 | Sunny-day Sleepies
As Ebi's journey continues, she is struck by a most devastating condition: the Sunny-Day Sleepies! In succumbing to this naptime affliction, she awakens to meet Arelio, the Leafweaver, who carefully wove a hammock for her, so she didn't have to sleep on the hard ground. The two become fast friends as they find they have a shared objective, setting off to Iverra together. They parted ways in the market as Ebi pursued a soft bed to spend the night in, but the pair may yet meet again as the adventures continue in the city.
