Esurience

Esurience is, in essence, kind of like magic-hunger. Magic feels like energy: if your reserves are low it's a bit like feeling too tired to perform a spell or enchantment. This fatigue does not interrupt physical energy and tiredness, and a being wil not feel more tired for being low on magic reserves. Intelligent beings may start to feel this esurience which will urge them towards consuming foods rich in Maisha.
Maisha is the magial essence that is found in many fruits, fungi and vegetation throughout Melior. When consumed it replenishes your magic reserves.
