Brief History
Conflict, or at least open conflict with another dragonlord house has never been the way of the Aergyreon family.
They make their wars in the chambers outside the council where diplomacy and deals measure more than the stars in the night sky.
Always the family to work the corridors of power, the Aergyreon have wielded impressive influence since men took to council, realizing the gains that could be made through this forum. A fact that most of the noble families realised a little too late. Power is weilded in many forms and for the Aergyreon, they prefer their subtle methods.
Never less than eight dragons under the yoke, they choose to use the beasts only when politiking failed them. Trade and expansion is their focus, and greedy eyes now fix firmly on the Rhoyne, seeing her bountiful potential. To that agenda, they've recently added Selhorys to their holdings of Aqus Dhaen, Tolos, Ghozai and Velos. Crucially controlling the sea passage between the cities of Slaver's Bay and Valyria. They have never had reason to close this passage and have remained always close to the overtly strongest house of dragonlords.
But as with all, things may change.
