Kingdom of Navara
The Kingdom of Navara is a Kadian kingdom considered to be the sister kingdom of Ader, with the two together comprising the Kadian Dominion. While Ader gained influence through martial might, Navara began as a coalition of mercantile city-states, later duchies, being Karhaven, Arkenvere, and Ernhaven. Centered around the great neutral city of Navara, over time the coalition became a kingdom.
Traditionally religious followers of The Four, the kingdom willingly joined the first and the second Empire of Ader and is the birthplace of Kairoz the Andorian, a controversial Saint of the Andorian Church who's actions led to the Great Kadian Split.
