A Runic Tinkerer will inject Magicules in the tool through the handle. The Blade will then take that magic and transfer it over to the tip which will then sucks additional particles from the item it is used on and sends the crafters energy towards it, resulting in an inscription.

Physical Description

The handle of the Magic Tinkerers Graver is made of trees overflown with Moonstone, giving the finished product a slight silver tone. The main metal used for the blade is the Moonstone harvested from those trees. Lastly, the tip of the graver is made of Generic Astralica, giving the construct a potent input and output of Magicules.
