The world is flat. Somewhat oval. 3679 is the year of the turtle, 3770 is the year of the rooster, then the year of the Serpent, Dove, Cat, Condor, Tiger and then back to Turtle.

A day lasts 24 hours, there are seven Days in 1 week, and 30 Days in each month. There are 12 Months in one year, January - December. That is 360 days per year.

Every 5 years, 5 days are added to fix the calendar. These days are added between April 15 and April 16th. These 5 days are the 5 days of the great festival. It is held in many lands. The Bardic festival happens during this time.

The Solstices are 21 June (Summer), 21 December (Winter), the Equinoxes are 21 March (Spring) and 21 September (Autumn).

The Three Moons

The first Moon is called the "Great Maker" and it is precise and governs the months being a new moon on the 15th of every month. It has a slightly blue tint to it.

The second is called "The Seeker" and it glows with a slight green tint when visible. No one has been able to determine if it is moving or just dims too low to be seen.

The third is called the Guardian." It is always there in the sky but is visible at random times. It is white when visible.

You can read about the history of the universe up to the creation of the races here in these three articles: Age of Creation, Age of the Gods, and Age of Planning.
