Julia's book

I love my book. I have drawn a lot in it. If we don't have time to draw when we are out we will take photos on my dad's phone and draw in our own books later...when I'm old...like 12. I will look in my book and remember what and did and where we were when I was little.
Julia
This document is a notebook owned by a six year old named Julia. In this notebook, she logs the travels she makes together with her father.

Notebook

The notebook's pages are 120g/m2 and blank. It has 205 pages and the covers are pink fake leather. It has a strap that keeps all the pages together. Julia has placed a couple of her favorite animal stickers on the front covers. Her father has also written her name with posca pens on the cover. Julia thinks that her father is very good at drawing letters. But she is not surprised since he used to work as a tattoo artist. Even though he doesn't have any tattoos himself.

PURPOSE

Julia's father purchased this notebook and gave it to Julia on her 6th birthday. He wanted her to draw her pictures in it instead of on loose papers that got lost when they left a temporary home for a new adventure. She uses the book to journal their adventures just like her father does in his own black notebook.

Structure

Julia will draw on a 2-page spread. Her father will write the date, place, and a small explanation for what they were doing. On the next 2-page spread, since the markers have seeped through in places, Julia will do sketches with a regular graphite pencil and/or place stickers in the spread that her father bought for her while living in that place. Julia likes stickers. She likes animal stickers the best.
