Holypertuis is the capital of Tana's Empire, and of the Kingdom of Vale. The city is built around a large central spring, the water coming from it is described as sacred and blessed, it is used for various applications, may it be medical, religious, or commercial. This blessed spring is at the origin of the city's name.
