The Empirial Menadynnyan Wilayat

The wilayat is the highest elected deliberative assembly and acting as the lower chamber of decision as all decisions are to be approved by the emperor and their Marajai council.
Often the Marajai council members are previous and incumbent Rume Turgal fil Wilayat
Structure
The assembly known as the the empyreal Menadynnyan Wilayat is the governing and co-deciding body over the agenda of the empire and its implementation.
The Wilayat is built of four turgals:
- Resource turgal - elected to govern the sources of magic, and the research of them.
- Trade and foreign affairs turgal - elected to govern the monetary policy and the trading agreements of the empire.
- Industry and origin turgal - elected to govern the fiscal policy enacted by the Wilayat, and the regulation of the fiscal policy of the capital of the empire.
- Spacing and infrastructure turgal - elected to oversee the six combatant commands ante bellum, and the coordinating body between the Wilayat and the combatant commands in bello, it is also the turgal of appeal to the court of twenty when there is a majority of 17 out of the 20 in favor of floating a settlement.
