Hag

Hags are a species of Fey native to the Prime Material Plane, Feywild, and the lower planes. They take the form of hideous old women, and are invariably evil.

Biological Traits

Hags are innate spellcasters, and are the only known beings that thoroughly understand and completely control Weird Magic. This magic is primal and unique to each hag, and each hag may and often does cast her own spells, and even when casting similar spells, they use different components.

Beauty Ideals

Hags' ideals of beauty are, on an inherent biological level, diameterically opposed to those of humanoids. Disproportionate features, warts, crooked or missing teeth, crossed eyes, and disfiguring blemishes are all desired properties among hags.
