Causa Mortis

Causa Mortis is a book that was written by Andantilus after celebrating and building many academies in the whole of Rakion. The Book detail the numerous statistics about races and reasons for death among the mortal races; This book states it as the nature of the world, while many culture can and seem to negate the idea of the book - Andantilus tried to find historical facts and not predicts the future.
Some of his statisitcs were from unobserved locations, they were dismissed and only in 1,051 AB, came to be realized that Andantilus was Ethereal Walker and he gathered statistics also from many locations in the Prime and even the planes - some of it research was presumably done by other people and he gathered their findings.

Top Causes of Death by Race (sorted by population size):

• Goblinkin - Numerous causes, whether they are battles, dominance fights and diseases, except for Hobgoblins;
• Half-Orcs/Orcs - Battles, Wars or during dominance fights;
• Kobolds - Mostly Cave ins and battles;
• Humans- Varies depending on culture - Most of them die by hunger, war, famine;
• Gnolls- Like Orcs;
• Hobgoblin - Strangely enough, they usually die in battles and not dominance fights as in Orc Cultures;
• Dragonborn - disease/illness - apparently, Dragonborns have a tendency to develop a variety of respiratory diseases which is somewhat related to their breath weapon. They may also develop some sort of scale-related diseases if they cannot molt properly;
• Elves - Urge to Leave to Arvandor (Arvanaith)[Which includes Old Age, broken heart, boredom, magical mishap (which varies by subrace]
• Dwarves - Cave ins or Battles;
• Half-Giants - Like Giants they tend to die in battle;
• Halflings - Wanderlust (there is something in their nature that compels them to travel and get into dangerous situations) or as Cáel describe it by taking halflings to become adventurers, is their call;
• Gnomes - Gnomes do in fact live up to their almost maximum lifespan, without any apparent cause of death - often dying surrounded by their loving family;
• Giants - They tend to die in battle;
• Aarakocra - Old age mostly;
• Tabaxi - Same as Halflings;
• Half Elves - Same as humans; However, they were many cases of Urges to Leave to Arvandor;
• Tieflings - Same as humans - However, some are hunted down for being 'tainted' by the simple folk of many countries.;
• Aasimars - Same as Half-Elves, like Tieflings, they are sometimes sacrificed in countries that fear the 'forces of good';
• Leonin - 'Hunting' by other races (see Burkaslanan), fighting for dominance in their 'pride';
• Dhampir - Usually hunted down by 'undead hunters' or by their evil 'masters';
• Genasi - Same as humans;
• Minotaurs - Same as Orcs;
