Bones II is the second planet of Laura. Bones II is known for the abandoned project of creating megamammals to be harvested for their meat. When it was discovered that the process that supercharged their size also made their meat inedible the project was abandoned, but the 50,000 strong herd was left on the planet. At this point the herd counts in the millions and dominates the planet as the primary species.
