Ordine, The Judge of Order

"The purpose of this rite is to finally unbind yourself from the shackles of selfishness and give in to the light. By expressing and accepting your place, the yellow fonons represented by Ordine himself will gather inside your symbol. Only then, you will become one of us. Do you accept this responsibility?"
Edan to Marco, who burned the building to the ground shortly after.

God Overview

Ordine was the first New God to come forward, and did so in many major cities around the world. Appearing as a giant in the clouds, he spoke in a commanding voice about how the creators of the world have returned, leading to The Spark that devastated the land. He told the world that this event was the starting of a new age, the destruction serving as a lesson of humility, and an opportunity to come together as one to start anew. That through the gathering of their people, they will find peace for their realm.   Ordine often is thought of as the leader of the New Gods, and is the God of Order, Truth, Law, Light, The Sky, and Divine Intervention. He preaches about community and people coming together as group instead of acting in selfish gain. Strangely he does not require a change of the civilization's moral code, but simply following it without question. This is most prominent in The Congregation of Light, an organization worshiping him that was established in the heavily racist country of Rivana.   As the God of Law, many churches were built in the form of an outdoor courthouse, and reformed their vows of truth to include Ordine as The Judge of whether the defendant is telling the truth. Thanks to this new practice, a large amount of law has been streamlined, as those who are caught in a lie are struck by his divine lightning. Out of all the gods, Ordine shows the most signs of omnipresence, and has the most churches and worshipers.   Though he does not proclaim it himself, he is also seen as the God of Divine Intervention. There are many cases of individuals who were saved from a terrible fate, and asked directly if they will use their gift of life to serve a greater purpose. These individuals are tasked with various tasks directly from Ordine, and often result in the individual becoming a devout follower.

Taboos

Selfishness, Recklessness, and lack of structure. Ordine believes that the moral and civil rules of your people must be followed, and those who do not are a blight.
