Artemesia hails from one of the last vestiges of Frostermite land, a township not far from the largest stronghold still remaining. Her training in combat was informal, and steeped heavily in necessity rather than pursuit.
She takes a proactive approach to the survival of her people, and thinks it wise to venture out to shape the world in a way advantageous to her people continuing and thriving.
As such, she seeks to root out the ultimate cause of the undeath that plagues her homelands, and has ventured south to make an impact on the world so that it may remember once again the importance and strength of the Frostmerite people.
