The Pure: Nosk
Prayer Gesture:
Hands to close to chest, fingers interlocked, and thumbs up and pressed together. The head is directed down, eyes closed. Prayers to the Pure are silent. They usually last a minimum of a minute, but often someone will understand your intention if you only do this for six seconds.Responsibilities:
Forgives religious indiscretions and allows all to make amends and purify their Soul Tethers. Most humans pray to Nosk regularly, unburdening themselves at their local temples.Symbolizes:
Forgiveness. All actions can be forgiven. Something can always be done to correct a discretion, even if it means the death of the offender is required. Purity. Purity of thought, purity of form. Nosk is androgynous, consistently referred to with inconsistent pronouns and descriptors in religious scripture. It is a reminder that all gender and sexual identities are equally meaningless when it comes to remaining true to the Covenant of Shade’s principles.Divine Symbols & Sigils
A small black hexagon. Easily misinterpreted for the many other religious images that include simple hexagons. This is intentional. Purity means not needing to stand out.
