Parabell
One of Shroud's six secondary capital cities.
It is in the northeast side of the Theocracy, and it doesn’t yet have any Bastion Cities linked to it.
Caim is sent here by Corsa to continue his work as a Seeker after he fights as Corsa’s anonymous Apostle in the Covenant Tournament. Having won this fight, he successfully gains the admiration of Corsa and she refrains from unmasking him and making his identity known because she wants him for herself. She sends him off where he won’t be discovered, promising that if he stays there, Alice and Mille will eventually join him.
