The Kahneen Marks
Thought to be the source of the Moonlight Curse, in ancient history the anthropomorphic canine was considered a disease, for the Kahneen sub-species of Secjhens had a particular proclivity for the form. Either historically feared or revered, depending on circumstance and location, Kahneen is perhaps more closely involved in human activities than the others, relating to the truths of the adage, that a dog is man’s best friend. Of course, the more feral of the Kahneen do live hermitic and reserved lives, often choosing and protecting a location or a particular tribe or community, and their expert use of pack tactics make them be a compelling force in adversarial conditions. Breed differences affect their communal nature, as well as predilections, though most favor duties in service to and affinity for True Men, whom they revere and respect. While they do excel in military action, they rarely form rank and file soldiery, preferring skirmish and scout roles.
