Hira-Rula is a 33-year-old military officer and wizard. Because she is a military officer and uses magic she is very controlled in her use of language. She isn't 100% confident in herself and has learned to compensate by using longer pauses in her speech pattern, which adds emphasis to her words. I envision her with a light Arabian accent.
