Every year the Fest of The Emperor is celebrated with a lot of fascination. It's a holiday with time lost roots, but today it is mostly associated with costumed mascots, hot beverages, night walks, and homemade gifts. It is officially celebrated for two days, but a strong sense of community often gets people to celebrate it for a few days more.
