Golden Thread

Every single human is tied up with the environment and the world around them via two threads: the thread of life and the thread of fate. There is however, a mystical third thread that is said belongs to gods only - the heavenly thread, the golden thread, the thread capable of rewriting and manipulating with the reality itself.
Normally, a thing like this would be considered to be a thing of fables and myths, but there is at least one physical item that is made out of the golden threads - the royal brush used by the king or any other leader of the previous leaders of the dynasty, used to write and verify royal edicts and other important laws and decisions issued by the ruling person.
This pen converts anything written with it with knowledge. Therefore it is not a symbol of royal power only but its magic has a tangible, practical use. It does not matter how complicated or simple the message written by this pen is, no matter what is your mother tongue or even if you can't even read or not - the moment you see the message you immediately know and fully understand its meaning. There are no rooms for interpretation or mistranslation, because the brush does not really translate it for the reader. Instead, it tugs on the soul threads of the reader, making them understand. Gods do not lie and king doesn't either.
However all the other items infused with the powers of gods are lost or hidden with other supernatural treasures who knows where. There are many people out there who are trying to uncover at least one of them and gain an eternal glory through it. One of the most well known items that appeared in historical records is the Spear of Might that is supposed to have golden thread wrapped around where the sharp metal mets the ornate wooden pole, and it is said that it never misses its target, no matter if you try to cut someone with it or you throw it at a target. You do not even have to aim, you just need to think it and it happens.
There is also supposed to be a veil hidden somewhere deep within the Huai Mountains that is supposed to grant the wearer prophetic power and the option to see all that is happening under the sky.
