Leafsong carriages are the iconic vehicles used by the traveling performance troupe known as the Leafsong Caravan. The carriages themselves are known as Bolcan carriages; the Bolcan carriage is a type of vehicle used by those traveling out of the Bolcan region of central lower Nefyran.

A Cheerful Sight

Draped in colorful cloth, baubles, and bobs, the Leafsong carriages are as much an object of self-expression as a method of transportation. Even the beasts which draw these carriages, which often change as they take their travels through different regions, are dressed in fine saddles and adornments that are quirky and fun.
Preferring bright colors, the Caravan will most often be seen in hues of green and orange, though they would never limit themselves to a single set of colors.

Spreading Joy Through Song

Carriages of the Leafsong Caravan are laden with costumes and instruments used by the performers of the caravan, in addition to other necessary travel supplies. Wherever a Leafsong carriage is spotted, merriment is expected to follow, as the troupe eagerly shares its love of music with any settlement they cross in their travels.

Music gives a voice to the voiceless, and that joy is contagious.

The Leafsong Caravan believes that music is a gift to be shared, and this philosophy carries them all throughout the world. It is rare that the troupe appears in the same place more than once, but there are some areas close to their hearts that may see repeat visits. There is hardly a single place in Nefyran where their presence is unwelcome, being welcomed eagerly by most.
