Ha'garainn

The base of this dish is a slice of goat's cheese, usually about two cm thick and with a radius of 10 cm. Multiple cuts are made into it in order to stuff the cheese with cloves of garlic. The block of cheese is roasted in an oven together with various root vegetables. Before serving, other vegatables might be added and the while thing gets a balsamic vinegrette.
