Saviours from Fedan'th

Iphars is being reworked! Please bear with me!

When the Threk readied this land,
Fedan'th sweared to destroy them,
When the Threk put Fedan'th in a slumber,
it sweared to destroy everything the Threk loved,
When the Threk showed us Fedan'th sleeping place,
they told us to not reach it and keep Afreys near,
When Fedan'th awakes and the Threk cannot help, the Afreys will make it sleep again.
— A priest

The Threk

Asheks believe that Emea is a land created by the Threk for them when they were traveling to find a new place to live other than Kliras, and that's why they never saw it before being near its coast (rather than believing that the storm that followed them most of the travel might have lowered the distance they could see to).
While in the storm, one of their priest (dehydrated and rambling) tried to say a word but failed and said Fedan'th instead, and the rest of the tripulation thought they said the name of a monster causing the storm.

The lake

When one group of explorers found the lake, their priest saw the bottomless hole and thought it was there were the beast of the storm was sent to slumber so they could have found Emea. And to let others know, they said a prophecy making the others believe that the Threk told them the prophecy.

The Afreys

In a moment of weakness, when the priest was going back from the expedition with many people asking them what was an "afrey", their tiredness and exhaustion grew bigger than their humbleness.
The afreys, the ones to slay Fedan'th when it awakes its slumber, are the ones of us that have wings. We, using our wings to reach the monster, will then slay it with powers that the Threk will then gift us with, and bring peace once more.
— The tired priest that told the prophecy

This made that all the Asheks with wings and even failed wings will from now on be protected.
