The cobalt ghosts are a group of people that, under the word of the @thel, put order anonymously in the village of Ubral.

Structure

Lead by the ruler of Ubral, they find themselves equals to the other people in the cobalt ghosts, with no leader between them.
The ghosts are selected by the leader of Ubral and are told to be part of the ghosts during the night, when noone could hear them talking, and are asked two things: to hide that they are ghosts, and to swear they will never use their power to make order in their benefit. After day, they will train with the other ghosts for a week before they are officially called ghosts.
The group of people in the cobalt ghosts are weekly randomly separated in two groups: the day group, and the night group. Depending on their group, they will patrol the village during day or night.
No ghost is supposed to know other ghosts identities.

History

Created years after the rebuild of Ubral, after a serial kills in the city, the cobalt ghosts have since then patrolled the streets of Ubral, trying to maintain the ghosts anonymity.

Why named cobalt ghosts?

They are named cobalt ghosts as when they are patrolling, they wear bluish ropes, similar to the blue from the cobalt that is extracted from the mountains. They also wear a dark mask, with no details, hiding their faces.
All this outfit remainds the Ubral inhabitants about teh ghosts stories they are told when they are kids. Stories talk about ghosts, with no faces and bluish colour that roam around the village.
