The Soots
One of the oldest and most notorious thieves guilds in Deghwahr (debatably all of Freyna as well).
Due to the decentralized nature of the soots and the higher ups opting for limited disclosure of their internal structures, there's a lot still unknown about this organizations history and operations.
The first known mention of the Soots comes from an entry in a trading vessel's ledger around the year 70 BDC and was in reference to an umarked crate the Soots had signed for. The vessel had come from the Dragon Kingom to the north, leading some to speculate that the soots traveled to Deghwahr but weren't originally from here. However, some counter this theory, citing the ledger as proof the Soots are already operating at a global scale within every kingdom. The truth around the origins of the Soots continues to be a mystery today.
With the help of the Soots resources and their invaluable information on the enemies movement, the Kingdom of Deghwahr was able to even the odds against Cervaria, ultimately leading to a peace treaty only 2 years after the war had begun.

When Cervaria invaded Deghwahr in 20 A.D., the King Deghwahr III reached out to the Soots leaders and offered them recognizition and immunities inside Deghwahr's borders on the condition they joined forces with the kingdom to help fight back Cervaria. The Soots accepted the deal, but not before making some changes of their own. Those changes were never made available to the public but many speculate they were addendums taking advantage of the king's desperate position.With the help of the Soots resources and their invaluable information on the enemies movement, the Kingdom of Deghwahr was able to even the odds against Cervaria, ultimately leading to a peace treaty only 2 years after the war had begun.
