Geographic Origin and Distribution
The term Water Demon is used to refer to any inhabitant of the plane of Vandanara regardless of their species.
It is believed that enough sapient species reside within Vandanara to rival the diversity of the known lower planes of existence, although due to the challenges inherent in plane shifting to a high enough spiritual resonance to visit the plane most knowledge is limited to the species who have phased down to the mortal planes. Ice Wraith are the most readily recognizable species due to their appearance as living ice. Water demons can typically be sensed nearby due to an increase in humidity in their general vicinity.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Water demons are generally considered malevolent creatures intent on doing harm to non-demons, although it is unknown if those is a standard behavior for the inhabitants of the plane. Due to the high level of effort, magical expertise, and Imperium required to plane shift for any period of time most experiences with Vandanara's inhabitants have come from individuals intent to do harm to the lower planes.
