heor Mormentroff was a casterway who washed up on the southern coast of present-day Vetri on 2 Hielach, 1 AoC. His arrival was witnessed by Cervia Polonosa and he helped her to first realize the mechanics of excilation. His murder, a little more than a year later, was a key motivation for her self-imposed exile to Islegantuan in present-day Blepi.
Cervia does not offer much detail on his appearance or other personal details. But it is clear from her logs that he was a valuable asset in assuring each other's mutual survival. His murder both enraged and saddened her and it contributed to her decision to flee Islemanoton until she could formulate better strategies to protect herself and her colleagues.

ervia Polonosa found Theor Mormentroff as he was washing ashore on the southern coast of present-day Vetri in a dropship. Perhaps because he had not previously spent any time on the planet and he didn't have the opportunity to turn "feral" through Excilior's brutal conditions, he was the first person she encountered on the planet that didn't attack her and wasn't hostile to her in any way.
Like all new arrivals, Theor didn't properly understand his past or how he managed to find himself floating in the Dropship Seia. But meeting him and witnessing him floating onto Vetri was critical for Cervia. His condition fed an intense curiosity within her and through extended questioning, his frank replies went a long way toward helping her piece together what was actually happening on the planet.
Over the next year, the two would be instrumental to ensuring each other's survival. And when his life was cut short by an assassin's blade, his death was one of the key developments that inspired her to flee the island continent of Islemanoton.
