The Drystian Railway Network

The Drystian railway network is in its infancy, currently having only one completed railway line between the cities of Caragal and Rendan. Two trains a day run between the two settlements, though those in charge of the project hope that number will rise to at least four within the year.
There are plans to construct railway lines connecting every major city in the country of Dryst, with priority being given to the capital of Arendal. Works are already underway on several of the planned lines, but all construction has currently been halted. There have been significant protests by those who believe the railways will destroy the traditional Drystian way of life, and discussions are currently underway across the country. The current president, however, is pro-progress, so most believe the project will not be on hold for long.
