Anglas is an island off the northern coast of the continent of Sarsand. The climate is warm and humid, verging into tropical in the summer months. Much of the island is made up of a mixture of forest and moorland, with several active volcanoes in the east. The island is surprisingly biodiverse for its size.
The island is home to a group of people who call themselves as the Anglish, a mixture of humans (ancestrally known as the Angles) and shapeshifters (ancestrally known as the Quen) who have come together as one culture.
