Alanna's Grace is the only port on the island of Weypid. It was built after the beginning of Seruic rule on the island, after the Weypine welcomed them as part of a lucrative trade deal. Before then, they Weypine had no need of a port, as they never used boats; they are dragons with a culture of swimming.
The town is named after the mother of the High Lord Vaifale at the time it began to be constructed. She had died shortly before the trade deal had been finalised, and he wanted to memorialise her. The port has a different architectural style to the rest of the settlements on the island, as Seruic labourers were brought in for the project.
