Setup

1. The field is divided into three distinct zones, each corresponding to one of the game phases.
2. Teams are composed of players with designated roles: Runners (only use hands), Strikers (use tools), and Guardians (goalkeepers).

Phase 1

Agility and Control
• Runners must navigate through obstacles to deliver the ball to the Strikers zone without being tagged by opposing Runners.

Phase 2

Precision and Strategy
• Strikers must use their tools to hit targets or pass the ball through hoops for points, while Guardians attempt to block.

Phase 3

Endurance and Teamwork
• Combines elements of the first two phases in a more challenging setup. Teams must score in the opposing team's goal while defending their own.

Rules

1. Each phase lasts 10 minutes. The team with the most points at the end of all three phases wins.
2. Physical contact is limited to tagging. Aggressive play results in penalties.
3. Special "Druid Balls" are introduced in the final phase, doubling the points of any goal scored with them.
4. Teams can earn "Favor of the Elders" by showcasing exceptional teamwork or sportsmanship, granting them an extra player for a portion of the game.

Foireannghníomh Roles and Ancient Names

1. Rithire (Messenger/Runner) Tasked with agility and speed, the Rithire's role is to navigate the field, evading opposition to deliver the ball to the Buailteoirs or score points through agility-based objectives.   2. Buailteoir (Striker/Hitman) Armed with tools called Lámhóg (like sticks or bats), Buailteoirs focus on precision and power, striking targets or passing through goals to score points. Their role emphasizes skillful manipulation of the game's instruments. Each Lámhóg is made by hand by their Buailteoir and is a reflection of their strategy and style of play.   3. Caomhnóir (Protector/Guardian) As the last line of defense, the Caomhnóir protects designated zones or goals from being scored upon. This role requires vigilance, strategic positioning, and the ability to anticipate the opposing team's moves.
