Dagon
A Carthaginian Diety
Dagon
Dagon rises from the churning deep, a god of sea and sustenance, of abundance and terror. Revered as a provider of grain and god of the fish, he bridges land and sea with equal mastery. He is the tide that gives and the tide that takes away—a dual force of nourishment and overwhelming flood.
With a body of scaled bronze and kelp-draped shoulders, Dagon strides with the might of maritime storms. His eyes glimmer like lanterns seen through dark surf, ever watching the balance between feast and famine.
His love is tidal—rhythmic, insistent, occasionally devouring. He is drawn to those who yield with grace, or who brave the waves of his depths. In love, he is like the sea: vast, moody, and eternal.
