While some spells allow you to cast the without notice, this talent lets you utilize the potential to do so with every spell.. When you cast a spell with a Visual⚙️ or Somatic component, you may make a Deception, Stealth, or Sleight-of-Hand check at the same time, vs other creature's passive perception + 5 as a DC. This is treated as lying to a creature, for the sake of abilities and feat/ures that detect such.
