Telepathy is a language insofar that it is a form of communication that can be understood mutually between two beings. That being said, it heavily relies on the mind of the user and, itself, can be language dependent if the two creatures communicating are entirely alien to each other.
Learning Telepathy⚙️: In order to laarn Telepathy, a character must have access to either a
Psionic ability or have a part of their character have the
Psychic ⚙️ Trait (Background, Feat, Class Feature, Talent, etc. After that, Telepathy can be learned any other language.
Using Telepathy⚙️: Telepathy can only be used and understood by creatures with at least -1
Intelligence, and can only be used on creatures percieved (such as through sight, sound, or touch). It is not affected by cover or barriers, but only has an effective range of 120 ft. If a creature does not have Telepathy, it cannot respond to a creature that spoke to it
